  1. Combine meat, onions, eggs, corn flake crumbs/panko, and spices. Add pine nuts here if adding.
  2. Form meat mixture into balls, about 2 inches in size. Basically just tad bigger than a golf ball.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and preheat your pan.
  4. Brown meat balls on all sides in pan and add to dutch oven or sheet. You will probably need to go in batches if you’re doing the full recipe. Over medium-medium heat heat, I usually turn these in 1:00 to 1:30 intervals.
  5. Optional, cut a little slice of butter on each meatball and sprinkle with some extra cinnamon.
  6. bake meatballs for 10 minutes and serve.
  7. Serve
