Was looking for a new side dish and came across the this recipe for a egg roll-like slaw. This is shocking easy to make and exploding with flavor. For some reason, I always have issues finding coleslaw mix so I just swapped it out for broccoli slaw.

Also, I used some mild Italian sausages for this. The recipe said you could use ground beef or turkey as well. If so, you would likely need to up the spices a bit as the sausage brought a lot of flavor to this.

  1. Cook and crumbles the sausage or ground beef. If using sausage in cases, you can just squeeze out the contents of the casings
  2. Add in and mix the slaw mix, soy sauce, and spices.
  3. Stir in the green onions
  4. Add in an extra soy sauce and spices to taste. Ready to eat!
